INFORMATION GATHERING AND USAGE

You can generally visit PogoPad without revealing any personally identifiable information about yourself. No account creation is necessary for basic PogoPad browsing. To interact more fully with PogoPad, you must create a member account.

• When you register for PogoPad we ask for a first and last name, valid email address, password, and time zone. Additional information, such as billing address and credit card information, may be required to access restricted features. Members who sign up for the free account are not required to enter a credit card.
• ARN Enterprises LLC uses collected information for the following general purposes: products and services provision, billing, identification and authentication, services improvement, contact, and research.

COOKIES

ARN Enterprises LLC may use small text files called cookies to improve overall PogoPad experience. A cookie is a piece of data stored on your hard drive. The Site does not store sensitive personal data such as passwords, email addresses, or names in cookies. You are required to login to your PogoPad account after a certain period of time has elapsed to protect you against others from accidentally accessing your account contents.

EXTERNAL RESOURCES

PogoPad may provide links to other Web sites or resources over which ARN Enterprises LLC does not have control ("External Web Sites"). Such links do not constitute an endorsement by ARN Enterprises LLC of those External Web Sites. You acknowledge that ARN Enterprises LLC is providing these links to you only as a convenience, and further agree that ARN Enterprises LLC is not responsible for the content of such External Web Sites. Your use of External Web Sites is subject to the terms of use and privacy policies located on the linked-to External Web Sites.

We use commercially reasonable security measures to protect the loss, misuse, and alteration of the information under our control. However, we cannot guarantee the protection of information against interception, misappropriation, misuse, or alteration or that your information may be not be disclosed or accessed by accidental circumstances or by the unauthorized acts of others. You should be aware that we have no control over the security of other sites on the Internet you might visit, interact with, or from which you buy products or services.

DISCLOSURE

ARN Enterprises LLC may disclose personally identifiable information under special circumstances, such as to comply with subpoenas or when your actions violate the Terms of Use.

CHANGES

ARN Enterprises LLC may periodically update this policy. We will notify you about significant changes in the way we treat personal information by sending a notice to the primary email address specified in your PogoPad primary account holder account or by placing a prominent notice on our site.
